AW readers can attend the new show for free

The Great Run Company has become the latest partner of The National Running Show, which takes place at the NEC in Birmingham on January 20-21.

In turn, The National Running Show will have a stand at the Birmingham International Marathon on October 15, which is organised by The Great Run Company.

Athletics Weekly is also a partner for The National Running Show – and the event has already seen thousands of runners registering for tickets in anticipation of a two-day programme of motivational talks headed up by Dame Kelly Holmes, plus free advice on nutrition, training and equipment, latest product launches, free gait analysis, training shoes fitting and more.

Mike Seaman, director of show organisers Racoon Events, commented: “We are delighted to welcome The Great Run Company as a partner and exhibitor of The National Running Show.

“With such a wide portfolio of running events and extensive experience of the running industry, they are the perfect partner for our inaugural show and are sure to appeal to runners of all abilities as they make their race calendar choices at the beginning of the calendar year.”

Tickets are now also on sale and cost £10 per person for the weekend.
