Video of Adam Gemili’s race in Regensburg, where he broke the European age-18 best with 10.08
Did the guy in lane 3 false start?
Thought so, thanks Jon
Even more impressive when you look at the start, even allowing for the false starting athlete, Adam still got left in the blocks, another 0.05 to 0.08 available there I think!!!
what about the guy in lane 6? he got out first
10.08 with a poor start – brilliant!
Many thanks for showing the race. How on earth was Blum not given a false start immediately? Now, can Gemili duplicate this at the trials? If so, Chambers and the rest are likely to struggle.
He can definitely run a 9.95 now, with a bit of coaching for starts. Plus with more conditioning, no reason why he cant run 9.9 flat or better at Olympics. One to look after.
