Not to cast aspersions, but isn't that about half the mileage a marathon runner should be doing? Mind you, October is about getting back into training so I suppose you wouldn't expect full mileage, but 65-80 miles a week seems the minimum. Injury and ability to cope with training loads may also play a part.

Hes pretty intense and accurate with his regime, well imprressed. Like the look of the site to although some of the posters on there would be better suited to some seedy wap site.
