Well from all of your posts implying Preistly shoudl be let off that is exactly what you are suggesting. Preistly has provided not one bit of evidence that he ate contaminated meat, not a shred of it, in a country with no record fo a problem. Apart from blame the meat what exactly has he done to evidence it?

Clen is not an anabolic steroid,just shows how easy it is for even the best press to fall into a mistake.
WADA/IOC have known about food contamination for decades but to protect their cheap system of justice have chosen to allow many many dozens of athletes to be sacreficed on the scaffold of strict liability.

I suggest readers go on the UKAd site for results and see how many "not guilty but fools "are on the lists.And be aware that for some reason the results in football ,either convictions or clearance tend not to appear.(see C4 programme)

Judgement day set for Contador's doping case

January 31 - Controversial Spanish cyclist Alberto Contador (pictured) will finally hear the result of his doping case on Monday, Feb 8.

That's the date the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) says it plans to publish its verdict in a case that has dragged on for 18 months.

The CAS announced the date in a statement but added it could still be delayed saying: "A confirmation as to the date and time of the publication of the decision will be given by the CAS at the end of this week."

The Spanish Cycling Federation says the Court of Arbitration for Sport has banned Alberto Contador for two years for doping.

But he will be able to return in August as his ban started in 2010.

All quite sane, apart from allowing polygraph evidence credibility apparently on the basis of its practitioners' claims of efficacy. Polygraph "experts" typically claim 95% or so success rate - about the same as dowsers, but in both cases the effects are much weaker (the same as chance, for dowsing).
