It was the sheer versatility,range of events! But who am I to shout you down, mock. I was once Club Champion decades ago, so did all the events, track and field, though they didn't include PV & HT, and 1ml was the longest race, though I did once race 1/2-MAR. Now all I do is walk by the river, and dream of mastering the footwork for a 4-turn HT, but getting back home I do tackle the 106 steps, from street level to my apartment, in running 2's, and have the No. of strides down to 73, more strides than the 51 aparently Bolt takes to do a 100; I haven't timed myself but it will be more than 9.58; all good huff-puff stuff! So, you, keep up the noble efforts for your club.

LJ in a way is basically pretty simple: run fast, hit the front of the board and thrust upwards from the take off board with the appropriate amount of body rotation, but yes, technical analysis reveals there are a few little complications to consider and some, but are they as difficult as 'Löplabbetspelen'! Good luck.

Yes whatever our health/fitness state the sheer pleasure of running never deserts us, even if the sheer pleasure some might say isn't quite up to think of England activity. Get rid of that injury and so glow again. Happy New Year too.
