Sorry Alf, but Andi Jones said he did not want to risk the packet opening and getting crumbs all over the boot of his new car. And trust me, the way he drives it they would have burst open.

Yeah? Mars bars AND gravy? Together?

I eat my dinner and tend to leave the gravy, but I'm willing to try it, in the interests of science and my personal athletic development.

I can't see gravy in the shops, can you tell me where I can buy a bottle?

You really shouldn't be looking to buy Gravy - the best stuff must be made, preferably by yer mum with lots of meaty bits and stock etc. :wink:

content of gravy wheatflour, salt, yeast extract, flavour enhancers( Monosodium glutamate, disodium guanylate), color(ammonia caramel), flavourings, beef fat, autolyssed yeast, bried beef bonestock, sugar and onion powder..

energy per 100ml of stock 9kcal!!

if that's the main staple of your diet bloody ell you must have on ell of a drink problem!!!
