Team GB football squad London 2012

Its cold...I have built my snowman and not much is happening on the gossip front for Athletics...

So to keep me busy...

The politics aside (where do some of the FAs think Sir Chris Hoy, Hannah Miley, Dai Green come from...) a squad representing the whole of the UK would make for a jolly good reason to watch any of the matches during London 2012 but not when in clashes with Athletics, Swimming, Rowing, Cycling, Boxing et al...

So to try and influence Mr. Pearce, starting side set up as a 1-4-2-3-1

Wayne Hennessey (Wales,Wolves) - think he sneeks in as under -23

Micah Richards (England, Man City) dont know why is out of favour with the England Set up so should be available
Phil Jones (Eng, Man Utd) I think he might not make the Euro 2012 squad to avalable for selection

oh crumbs...

now that Pearce-eee is in charge of the senior side it might mean my potential squad might already be out of date ... For example, with Micah Richards back in the fold (in my view a good thing) as it has been stated that anyone selected for the European Championships wont go the Olympics (quite rightly too).

I predicted Sturridge in my London 2012 squad but it was always likely to be a case of either/or between him and Welback. Pearce-eee has also called up both Jones and Smalling and, again, IMHO it will be one or the other who will go to Euro 2012 and thus the other to London 2012...

or, really, does anyone care...hahaha
