The psychology of complaining about a sports body

Pursuing my well-documented complaint about the British Masters Athletics Federation (BMAF) has proved a fascinating experience. I ask AW Forum readers:

1. Is it wrong in principle to complain about a sports body?

2. Is it wrong specifically to “criticise BMAF Officers in public“?
