2.00.97 for Jemma - she looks like she's on her way to an A standard at Trials

To be fair, the Beeb aren't picking what to show - the organisers are shocking in general

Rudisha is not of this planet! Am very happy for Osagie, up against the very best and he gets a pb - can't ask for any more than that.

Shelly-Anne Fraser-Price's starts are unbelievable!

Doesn't matter who it was, it's still poor when they managed to show so much Long Jump.

SHOW THE HIGH JUMP!!!!!

What height was that? Did Cram say 2.38 for Jesse Williams? I thought Williams and Robbie both cleared 2.36? Confused and very disappointed with the HJ "coverage".

Williams and Robbie both cleared 2.36. Williams failed once then passed 2.38. After Robbie failed 2.38 Williams didn't attempt another height. Robbie was 2nd because he had a failure at 2.25.

How much does it cost to trademark "Grabarz-Mania"? :D

Really thrilled with some of these results.

10.92 by SAFP
10.97 Madison impressive PB

CO 50.69 improving at the right time.

1.59.37 by Maz was nice and consistent....what happened to JEMMA?

Grabbarz--BRILLIANT!!!! 2.36. Though watching the approach to the 2.38 he looked defeated before he jumped...wish I had seen that competition (everyone's wish I know)

Really excited about the trials.

Christine definitely due a low 50 secs soon, wonder what her plans are? I remember she ran a 50.35 before one of her golds.

Agreed about Grabarz, not sure he will have the same approach if he is attempting the same height come London.

There was a major mix up between the two athletes throughout. It was Jemma who ran close to 2 mins.

I see what you are saying---DL site has her at just under 2:01. So great run from her.
I missed that race--I caught the feed after it was run.

She and Jenny Simpson got mixed up - started in the wrong lanes. I posted Jemma's time above - 2.00.97

I know what you mean--I would love to see CO running 49.7-9 about now....but that is her style slow starts and then BOOM when the time is right.

looking at the 4x400m though CVC thinks UK can get a medal.
Bronze is the best we can do (IMO)...but who will we beat...at this stage Russia.
R Whyte just ran a SB, P Hall ran a PB this week so Jamaica looking good for silver. USA definately gold,

QUite excited though. Nicola has got to come good soon!!!

Great jumping by Robbie Grabbarz. I wonder if the British record is in danger this year from a man who was dropped from lottery funding! I know it made him knuckle down, especially his lifestyle, so perhaps a good move. He only lost to Jessie Williams on countback with a single failure at 2.25.

At the moment we are perhaps looking at CO, PSD, Cox and one of two Scottish athletes?

I still think Nicola will come good at the trials. Until the trials it is hard to tell, but at the moment at the Euros I would like to see:
Heat
Cox - Okoro/Child - McConnell - Sanders
Final
Shakes-Drayton - Cox - Sanders - Ohuruogu
The reasons being: I want to see Cox on 1st and 'not 1st'; we need to know whether resting TBO and Perri is viable come London; I want to see TBO on 4th
