Hilarious......

It would be better to wait until Renaud finishes don't you think?!

1st Renaud Lavillenie 5.72

Do you think they're reading this forum? That's the second week they've apologised for something we've been moaning about!!

They're even showing action whilst Tweedledum & Tweedledee waffle. Could it be possible?

No, they apologised for the lack of field event coverage. Last week they apologised for the lack of control of pictures due to the IAAF being in charge of the feed!

Abi does not like headwinds!

Yes maybe too soon after the 200m. Could this be a sign of Montell coming back to some form?

Yeah, that's worth an 11.4 high for Montell. I reckon the 100m was too soon.

Tiff lost her balance halfway, but lots more to come when she gets it right. Still beat Carruthers and Lopes-Schliep.

Is there an athlete with more false start DQs than MLF?

Significant progress from Ol' Iron Leg to 3:07.49 B standard.
Do not count her out.

Plus, she now has the largest number of nicknames of anyone on the circuit!

fantastic performance by gareth warburton tonight in the 800m and well done to his coach Darrell Maynard. He has coached a lot of good athletes who have then moved on to other coaches when they have got to this standard yet he still perservers and proves them he is good enough. Credit where credit is due well done Darrell.

Big well done to Gareth could be more in his tank. Mlf was a let down, I can under stand Jess false starting given she was in a line up of some of the best hurdlers in the world, could it have been crown noise ? Who knows but it could prove to be a blessing in disguise rather like Bolts mishap bet neither of them do it again.

Oops LOL.
Someone must've been holding a magnet near the finish line.

Yes well done to Gareth Warburton and Darrell Maynard. The previous Welsh record of 1.45.44 was set in 1990 on my home track when I was the manager. It was won by a certain William Tanui. Well done to garteth on eclipsing that 22 year old record.

Staying on the Celtic theme it was a very good run by Eilish McColgan following a serious injury last year. She was initially taken off funding but then surprisingly reinstated (perhaps CVC feared having to face her mum!). Well done though.
