Clovis Asong dob 31/10/1994 has just ran 1.19.91 for 600 metres at Manchester,
he was in a race with and narrowly came third to Rick Yates 3rd on all time list

Tops off a good weekend for me saw Owin Sinclair 14 run a 7.10 60m and 16.81 150m double at Sheffield yesterday
