Monte Gordo is quite good.

Monte Gordo is great but can get very busy with a lot of euro countries using it for their various age group teams along with elite athletes ,Uni clubs,gb club athlete training groups also during easter there is a football tournament which can rule certain weeks out .

Stay in the UK and go to somewhere like Sheffield and use the indoor facility for 2 weeks. Use one of the short rent options for housing and you can usually do it for less than £100 per person per week. You can also spy on JEnnis.

You can also try Porches which is situated in the midway between Alcantarilha and Lagoa.By the way the sleepy village of Alcantarilha to the east of Porches is famous for its bone chapel located by the side of the parish church.
