This is actually a good idea. It's the only way to get the council to fix the matter for the future.

Will the trials in 2013 and onwards be in the Olympic stadium? That would be one way of solving the problem.

That'll guarantee at least some coverage of the throws! Are clown outfits the British response to the new Nike super-streamlined body suits? I'm not sure a red nose will help a thrower achieve extra distance though. ;)

Two seasons ago the England champs were at Gateshead, where the whole infield is raised for a football pitch. The circles are outside and below this plateau. It is worse that Perry Barr, which really does say alot about the throwers lot.
