for me it is johnathan edwards world record leap at the world champs. nothing has gave me as much adrenaline and goosebumps since.

exact point i was going to say the the only event that is truly "spectator" friendly is track and field but that doesnt stop AW filling up with XC , road etc so why not fell running. and it seems to me that masters athletics gets pretty decent write up when the major champs are on same with paralymp...
