sometimes it the little things that make a big differance.. just to pass something on to a new athlete may make there day a lot better. after all we arn't all born with the same choices, as we grow older we make the choices, some can be of great benifit to others.

me well, running for 3 yearws mileage per week 80-140!! PB's 35.12 10k half marathon 80.05 run every day if i can, do a lot of strength ork in a gym as well 3-4 times a week!
