She has overcome every hurdle put in her way, making it impossible not to select her. Her run at the trials was phenomenol. The performances of Twell and England since only make it more so.

She deserves her place and might surprise a few people (again) in Berlin!

It is possible Lsabre that you have read the section relating to marathon and walks? Which does allow any A standard in the IAAF qual period to be taken into consideration in Round 2.

For all other events an A standard since April 1st is required for round 2.

Unfortunately the best three to go would be Dobriskey England and Twell, but of course that cannot happen. In my opinion Charlene Thomas will go out in first round. I think Twell is slightly over hyped, if truth be known. Her Euro Cup run was awful - and I just don't see her as a 1500m runner anyway. Would be happy to be proven wrong in Berlin.
