I also agree with trickstat that reversing the situation would be the challenge, but I feel that the instinct to start thinking in terms of one club/coach will and others wont illustrates the problem itself. Firstly, I would suggest that until athletics coaching becomes a paid position and moves away from voluntary participation we cannot possibly expect a cohesive, joined up coaching system.
