If you looked at all the stats you would see that she is, in fact, correct.

Jemma achieved the Olympic qualifying time twice off the back of an injury, which shows great potential to me! Including junior achievements, she's made every major final since 2000 apart from 2004/2011 in which both years she was injured. What more do UKA want? It makes no sense to me what-so-ever...
