What amout of insulin would you say is normal to take on a daily basis? I am a type 1 Diabetic, I take Toronto regular insulin 15units each time I eat. If I dont work out I notice it goes a little high. I would therefore increase the amount. I then get a headache. What amount would you say is normal...
