There were reports it was run into a headwind. (Although Defar run 67.25). I have a feeling either Ethiopia or Kenya may use some team tactics in the worlds this year. Mo run really well at the Olympics and I give him alot of credit for that, but the other runners made it to easy for them.

I think we will win at least 6 medals and as many as 11.

In 2011 Felix was in no womens land as she did not comitt fully to the 400 as the 200 is her baby. To be the best at 400 you have to comit fully to the event. If Felex does this i am confident she could run low 48. But all the time she is the best 200m runner in the world there is no need to do this.

I agree calling her the favourite so early in the season when some of her competitors had not completed was to optimistic. No where have I read that the gold was hang around her neck. Also with the longer poles it will take time to get the consistancy so HB will have good and bad days until then. So...

The race of the meet for me is the womens 60m. It has all the talent and we finally see what SAF can do over 60m.

If it was based on that instead of a PR exercise it would be the final race.

Just because the men do Decathlon why should the Women change their event to give what some people thing its equality. The women have to change and learn new events where as the men stay the same, where is the equality in that. I persoanlly like the two events offering something different.

Most of us predicted Bolt would win again, the IAAF cant see beyound the PR bandwagon of Bolt. Ouside the Olympics Felix's season was a bit light for me, Adams was a more worthy choice.
