They dont have loads of people telling them what they shoul and what they shouldnt be doing at their age either. They just get out there and run.

I agree with Mike. People like you Jon are just making up excuses about why our best runners (the Pidgeon) can't compete with the africans. The majority of athletes that compete in the championships are the age that they say they are and people should not go round accusing them of not being.
