i thought my eyes decieved me taffys leg - as i thought i saw 49.89 as well. Phillipa threw 55m, brett 60.93 CBP in his trainers on an ice rink was quite impressive. My bad - it was 49.89, still looked very good though considering the windy conditions.

Some decent performances at the Welsh Champs today - Rhys Williams 48.89 in the 400H in very windy conditions.
