I think Tomlinson was more likely responding to Carl Lewis' comments in the article above.

Re: Ostrava May 25

You can get a Eurosport online subscription for £5.99 per month. It might be worth it over the summer to watch meets like this an the Olympics.

Here's a leaderboard where you can see the Brits as long as they stay in the top 30.

Re: Channel 4 World ChampsCoverage

He's just said it again!

It really makes you appreciate the skill of a Sue Barker or a Jake Humphrey. A good sports presenter needs to have knowledge whilst pretending not to know so they are asking the questions the average viewer are asking.

Re: World Champs Quiz

don't worry mump, I put the quiz together and I got fewer points than you. These stats are interesting. It shows who was guessed most often. Obviously some people suffer due to having names that are hard to spell but Dwain is up there in peoples' consciousness. http://www.sporcle.com/games/EmilyE/gb...

Re: World Champs Quiz

I took the names off the UKA website as they should have the correctly spelled official names for each athlete. However I have updated the quiz to make Will Sharman a correct answer as that's how he's commonly known.

Re: London Olympic Tickets

Track cycling, rhythmic gymnastics, triathlon, modern pentathlon, equestrian (cross country) don't have as many tickets to sell as athletics so it is easier for them to sell out first. They are all in smaller arenas than the athletics and don't go on for as many days.

The Berlin stadium has a blue track because of the football team that is based there. Their official colour is blue and they wanted the track to match.
