:roll: we have strayed off topic somewhat! Anyways, my shoes don't get washed very often (bucket of warm water if they do) as most of my runs have to end by a stream not only have to wash of the inov8s, but also 2 muddy collies... Don't expect shhoes to last forever, just fish they'd fallen apart on...

Good thinking, but i don't put any of my trainers in the washing machine, nor next to the radiator - they live out in the porch for most of the time, so maybe that's too damp for them...

Fort can't possibly talking about me, cause it wouldn't take 10 month of training but a miracle for me to selected (as recent performance in the FRA relays will confirm - although i still think my inov8 falling apart cost us some valuable time )
