He would have been sacked from most other federations. I think this illustrates how much corruption and cronyism there is in South Africa. Never mind the welfare of the athletes.

I forgot about the prize money. Good point. If the ASA knew about it and other people knew, too, I would personally give the prize money to the other runners because Semenya isn't eligible and her federation knew that before running her. Sucks that the IAAF couldn't prevent her from running.
