who should go to berlin in 1500m

Lets not forget that Thomas has got the selection without any lottery funding and no experience of the international circuit that is commendable and an inspiration to all athletes at club level !

Do you have personal experience on athletes and how they manage their injuries and what pressures they are under ? If not dont be judgemental !

UK World Trials 2009

Anyway all disagreements aside I am really looking forward to the trials. My hope is that all the athletes achieve their goals, especially those who deserve success. let it be a successful meeting without any cheating or athletes subject to drug trials , injury ,media abuse or poor weather condition...

I agree all athletes who want to go to the worlds should have to compete.
the public expect to see the best at the world trials otherwise why bother having them ?

Isnt it the responsibility of the captain to make the correct decision for the benefit of the team not just thinking it is a training session for her self !

I agree Meadows should have been given the chance in 800. should Freeman been given a chance in the 200 as CO was ill. Should someone else have been in the mens 4X100. All these could have given us extra points potentially and the athletes the races they need. GB could have finished 2nd !
