I have read some of the rules on the England a...

Hi cookie-like your sister I too had a mystery virus, I was well in myself had no time off school etc but there was just nothing there when I tried to run. I had countless blood tests which showed I was slightly anemic-nothing major though, I visited the doctors on numerous occassions hoping for a d...

Do you think Steph Twell will continue to improve? I asume she is doing a massive amount of training as are her Aldershot team mates Emma Pallent, Charlotte Purdue and Emelia Gorecka-which goes to prove that the performances for these endurance runners are part natural talent but more importantly wh...

Good comments-as an U13 first year U15 I suppose you'd say I was just an "average club runner" I wanted to win so changed my coach at my club. I have a pic my parents took of me at my first English schools champs-I'm running alongside Steph Twell!!- Yes I'm jealous that her body can take t...

I must agree with the comments re- too much too young-the times some junior athletes particually girls are doing for 800m, 1500m and 3000m are quite staggering. I have fallen victim to too much training- as an U17 I had lots of sucess but my coach was expecting me to train 6 times a week with 2 of t...
