My resolution is to beat my training partner (Zane Duquemin) in every lift ever created.

» Sophie Hitchon @SophieHitchon

I would just like to keep training hard for 2013.

» Dan Greaves @DiscusDan

My sporting resolution is to retain World Champs gold! My life resolution is to give back to sport and motivate others.

» Stef Reid @RunJumpStefReid

My New Year’s resolution is to always choose to be thankful. I learned this year that it is one of the keys to staying motivated in all aspects of life.
